The objective of the measures is to minimize the risk of contagion, to ensure the health of our employees, but also to ensure production.
That is why we have created two absolutely separate and independent teams, in the morning and afternoon without any contact.
There is also an important part of the team (all of which is feasible by type of work) that is working remotely and from home (Home Office).
Our Sales team, during the time this situation lasts, will not attend visit to customers.
Also, we will not receive commercial visits in any of our centres. Please respect these guidelines and support us in preserving the health of your and our employees.

Customer service and administration will be available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the usual telephone number or through your usual contact.
If you have an assigned commercial, you can contact him by the usual channels and he will attend you as usual.
If you need a service / sharpening collection of PCD tools (diamond), you only have to notify us and we will arrange for transport collection and subsequent delivery.
